One of this year's most talked-about Super Bowl ads is a
GoDaddy spot featuring Bar Refaeli. As part of its “smart meets sexy”
campaign, the Israeli supermodel kisses a bookish GoDaddy engineer.
While Refaeli’s face is familiar to millions around the world, having
graced the cover of countless magazine spreads, you may have a harder
time placing the face of the actor portraying the engineer.
Actor Jesse Heiman has earned a reputation as Hollywood’s best known extra, having made silent cameos in more than 60 films and TV shows. His big break came as an extra in American Pie 2. Since then, he has had brief but memorable appearances in films like Old School and The Social Network.

Heiman’s distinctive looks have made him a favourite of Hollywood casting agents, who have tended to typecast him. The 34-year-old actor has played nameless characters such as “Nerd”, “Nerd #1″, Nerdy Guy.” “Winking Comic Book Nerd,” “Comic Shop Customer,” “3rd UFO Enthusiast” and “Locker Room Student – with Inhaler.” You get the idea.
Heiman says he was elated to take part in the Go Daddy Super Bowl. According to Ad Age, the kissing scene with Refaeli, which took 45 takes to complete, left him feeling like he won the “championship of men.”
